1. Purpose

VNXANH’s return and exchange policy is established to ensure the highest benefits for customers when purchasing fresh fruits, dried fruits, and other Vietnamese agricultural export products.

2. Applicable Conditions

Customers may request a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The product is bruised, damaged, or rotten due to transportation.

  • The delivered product is of the wrong type, incorrect quantity, or does not match the description on the website.

  • The product does not meet the promised quality (damaged due to storage or lacking freshness).

3. Timeframe for Requests

  • Within 24 hours of receiving the order for fresh fruits.

  • Within 7 days for dried fruits or packaged products.

4. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer service department via Hotline or Email.

  2. Send product photos and a description of the product’s condition.

  3. After confirmation, VNXANH will send a replacement product or issue a refund within 3–5 business days.

5. Return and Exchange Fees

  • Free of charge if the issue is caused by VNXANH (wrong item, damage during delivery).

  • If the customer wishes to exchange the product due to personal preference, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
