1. Payment Methods

Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – applicable for domestic orders.

  • Bank Transfer according to the account information provided by VNXANH.

  • International Payment (TT/LC) for export orders or purchase contracts.

All payment transactions will be confirmed via VNXANH’s email or electronic invoice.

2. Shipping Policy

  • VNXANH offers nationwide delivery and supports international export shipping through reputable logistics partners.

  • Domestic orders are delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the location.

  • Export orders will be delivered according to the shipping schedule or contract terms.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free domestic shipping for orders of 1,000,000 VND or more.

  • For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the actual quotation from the carrier or logistics partner.

4. Product Inspection

Customers have the right to inspect the goods before receiving them.
If the product shows signs of damage, incorrect type, or missing quantity, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately notify our support department.
